The area of the hotel and apartment building is 14,000 Sq. meter. The hotel was planned by Meir Nir Architects & Town Planners for the entrepreneur Yitzhak Azil. The building will be pyramid-shaped and will include 170 apartments. It will be built facing the Herzelia beach.
